Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit, a popular grab-and-go eatery, will be opening this summer in Charlotte! The chain’s fourth spot will be located in The Penrose apartment community at 327 W. Tremont Avenue. Charlotte will be the restaurant’s largest location – allowing for a full coffee bar created in conjunction with King Bean Coffee.
“We’ve had devoted fans in Charlotte from the beginning,” says founder and owner Carrie Morey. “In fact, it’s our largest source of online orders at calliesbiscuits.com behind Atlanta so we thought it was only natural to bring Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit to Charlotte next.”
Callie’s will serve up a variety of biscuits, pimento cheese sandwiches, breakfast foods, a full lunch menu, and late-night bites.
Charlotte’s location will offer a “Queen Bee” sweet potato biscuit – which is unique to the area as it represents North Carolina’s state veggie.
