Great news, music fans! Elton John’s farewell tour is coming to Charlotte.
After an overwhelming response from fans, the music superstar just announced 25 more North American concert dates for the “Farewell Yellow Bring Road Tour.” The new stops include one in the Queen City on Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at the Spectrum Center.
Billboard said, “He’s giving fans exactly what they could want in a final hurrah: some of his all-time biggest hits, played with his classic gusto!”
Other show stops include Salt Lake City, Tacoma, Memphis, Philadelphia, Nashville, and Cleveland.
The show will feature some of Elton’s most beloved songs from his legendary line-up including, “Bennie and the Jets,” “Rocket Man,” “Tiny Dancer,” and “Philadelphia Freedom.” You’ll also be able to experience a rare glimpse into his life, shown through never-before-seen photos and video spanning his incredible 50-year career.
Pre-sale begins Thursday, September 27 and tickets go on sale to the public on October 5, 2018. Tickets will be available through Ticketmaster and at the Spectrum Center Box Office.
