There are a lot of interesting ways to take a shot, and the bone marrow shooter is definitely up there.
If this boozy appetizer makes your mouth water, thank Scott Hall – the owner of the Bone-In Artisan Barbeque food truck – who is bringing his concept to a new brick and mortar location to Columbia this March.
Bone-In Barbeque will be located in the historic Ensor Research Laboratory building, adjacent to the entry plaza of Spirit Communications Park (home of the Columbia Fireflies Minor League Baseball team) with roll-up garage doors and a large outdoor patio where guests can meet up for a local beer or craft cocktail before and after games.
The casual dining restaurant will feature a full bar along with a Southern BBQ menu. The 3,600 square foot building will include spacious indoor setting along with a large outdoor patio and a private dining room that can hold 15-20 guests.
The dining room will also be perfect for events or special occasions.
