Restaurateur Jim Noble is bringing southern barbecue to Charlotte July 25th with his new restaurant Noble Smoke.
The menu will feature meats smoked in the 1,800 square foot smokehouse, using eight wood-fired smokers, mixing both Carolina-style pork and Texas-style brisket. House-made sausage and wood-grilled fish will also be available. All the southern fixings will be available – from collard greens to banana pudding.
“My hope with Noble Smoke is to carry on the tradition of classic, wood-smoked Carolina barbecue and honor all of the barbecue legends who came before me,” says Jim Noble, executive chef and owner of Noble Food & Pursuits, in a press release.
The bar will pay tribute to all the great Southern barbecue icons, such as Wayne Monk, Adam Scott, and Jess Swicegood. But if you can’t sit down, there will also be the “Toot ‘n’ Tell” pick-up space for all to-go orders. With an event space and a biergarten, Noble Smoke will be able to accommodate almost any occasion.
