Owner Paul Verica will be the first to tell you he never expected to make The Stanley burger.
In fact, it started half a joke and half a marketing gimmick. But in true The Producers fashion, this one-off has quickly become a Charlotte favorite, with people lining up the two nights a week it’s available.
The $18 dollar burger features ground sirloin, foie gras, truffle, locally sourced veggies and house-made ketchup and mustard.
There are some caveats to the burger, though. You can only order it between 9 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights and on Sundays during Brunch.
